About Us

Global warming and the health of our environment are among today’s most critical issues. Our children are inheriting a complicated situation that will require personal commitment, creativity and an environmental knowledge base that previous generations were not expected to have. The need to educate our children is clear; however, children have long proven themselves as powerful leaders in their own right when given the opportunity.

The Arlis Saxon Eco-Kids Project, piloted in the 2007-2008 school year at Prairie Rose Elementary in Bismarck ND, is designed to both educate students about the world’s environmental concerns and provide opportunities for students to design projects that directly improve the environmental footprint of their school.

We are working to expand this program to children of all elementary, middle, and high schools in the Bismarck area, and perhaps beyond.

Our children can create a healthy future for themselves. And we're here to help them.
