Who can apply?

The Saxon Project is currently working only with Bismarck public elementary schools. Proposals must be submitted by teams of students with a sponsoring adult; they must also be signed by the principal of the sponsoring school.

What is the deadline?

There are many benchmarks throughout the year that each team must meet. Click here to see the timeline.

Where do we send our application?

Please mail the application to Saxon Project, PO Box 1032, Bismarck, ND 58502. Or you can email your application to saxoneco@btinet.net.

Anything else we need to know?

Yes. As the whole purpose of this project is to encourage environmental awareness and respect, please keep this in mind when preparing your applications. Print on both sides of your paper (and if you can, use recycled paper!), and bind them only with a paper clip. Please don't enclose your applications in folders or any other binding materials. You do not need a cover sheet or a cover letter. You will find more information on the actual application; just click on the button at the top!
